Brown Sugar Apple Pie
I suppose this could be called a cobbler since there isn't a bottom crust. However, I've made an Apple Pecan Cinnamon Roll Cobbler that had a bottom and top crust, so that could be considered a pie. Or perhaps..

Apple Pecan Cinnamon Roll Cobbler
Hey Y’all! If you have extra apples and pecans (pronounced Pah-cahns) sitting around – without any particular use in mind…this is definitely the recipe you are looking for! You may need to visit the local grocery store for cinnamon rolls or, if you are feeling it, make your own. I make them from scratch, biscuit mix, and frozen dough. Hubby buys them in handy tubes to pop open and bake, which is what I used for this Apple Pecan Cinnamon Roll Cobbler,

No Bake Fresh Blueberry Pie
Yes, you read it right! An amazing pie .. hey, that's what hubby said, without baking. You will need to turn the oven on if you are going use a pie crust that isn't graham cracker. But, that is totally doable when you have a pie as the result, right? Get your blueberries ready to nest in a crust for a simple, and rather pretty, dessert.

Cheesecake Swirled Brownie Pie
This is sooo good! You will love it...everyone will love it! It's an easy way to impress your family or guests. It travels well and is perfect for BBQ's, picnics and potluck suppers...making extra, of course.
I was looking at Christy Jordan's Southern Plate blog (don't you just love her?!) and saw her Triple Chocolate Brownie Pie. I wanted it! I needed it! It looked so good! It reminded me of the Brownie Pecan Pie I make. I decided to make another brownie pie, this time in a pie crust. I used the American Neufchatel Cheese I made for the cheesecake part of this pie. Enjoy!

Microwave Cherry Pie Filling and Cherry Pie
Love cherries! I love cherries, hubby loves cherries, two of my three boys love cherries! If I can make something in less time than normal, I'm all over it ... especially if it is made with cherries! A few minutes can make the difference in sharing a memory in the making as my boys continually amaze me!
This pie is a little on the thin size but full of flavor and delicious! You will want to double this recipe...trust me.

Vanilla Cherry Pie Bars
I found out that cake and pie filling make a wonderful fast dessert! Numerous recipes have been around for a gazillion years doing this. Where have I been? I'm just glad I finally decided to make this! Get that box of cake mix out along with the can of pie filling and make these yummy pie bars. I've added vanilla chips as an option. They are good, however, there was too much vanilla for me. If you love vanilla, then, by all means, add the chips!. Here is your slice, right out of the oven. ~smile~

Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie “Pie”
This is an old recipe I found a while back. I just love that, don’t you? It is such a joy to find old recipes I haven’t made in a long time and have completely forgotten about. I have a lot more too come. ;D
This isn't a cake but is in the shape of a cake and looked so much like a cake that I called it a cake. LOL Sorry about that, I got carried away. ~giggle~
NOTE: If you are on a diet, you will have to watch yourself with this one.

Fudge Pie
I ran across this old recipe the other day and knew my boys would love it. Of course, I changed it a bit here and there, you know I do. My hubby always asks me why..I usually don't have an answer that's just how I am. For this pie, I changed it by cutting down on the sugar and margarine. There was too much for me. You can even start with 1 cup sugar to see if that is sweet enough as this is a sweet pie. It tastes, and sets up like, fudge. Enjoy!

Coconut Lemon Custard Pie w/Self Making Crust
I wanted something to eat besides chocolate. We had our Dark Chocolate Coconut Bunny Butt cake for Easter...It was good! I still have some coconut left so I thought I would make a pie. It has been so long since I made this...I just about forgot how. ;D Grab a fork and help yourself....there is always plenty. If not, I can always make more. Enjoy!

Strawberry Grapefruit Pie
A pie with two of my favorite fruit paired together to make a yummy dessert! The boys want strawberry, I want grapefruit. I made a pie to keep us all happy! Enjoy! <3 and hugs!
Bake pie crust according to directions. Wash and slice strawberries. Place in a colander to drain. When dry, slice. Put some aside for toppings. Peel, remove membrane and cut grapefruit in sections or pieces. Put on paper towels to remove liquid. Save some for toppings. Dice 1/4 cup each strawberries and grapefruit put aside. Put a layer of sliced strawberries on the bottom of the pie shell. Add grapefruit and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Add another layer of sliced strawberries. Heat Karo Syrup, sugar, salt and pepper, diced fruit, water *start with 1/4 cup* and cornstarch, cook until thickened, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and add jello, stirring constantly until dissolved. If too thick, add a little water. Pour over fruit and place in refrigerator until set. At least 2 hours or until firm. Top with whipped cream and additional fruit if desired.

Cast Iron Skillet Bottomless Apple Pie
My hubby has been after me to make a dessert that isn't hand held and doesn't contain chocolate. I got up this morning and decided it was time to make one just for him.
I saw a recipe for an apple pie that Sandra Lee made and I adapted mine from hers. Well, Honey, Here is your dessert! You see that slice missing (much more gone now) ...You know who ate it, don't you? Yep.....<3 and hUgs!

Honey Bun Custard Pecan Pie
I told a lady where we get a truckload of pig delights (old bread and sweets) occasionally, that I would give her a recipe for a Honey Bun Cake. I really thought I saw a recipe, somewhere or another, that used Honey Buns to make a cake.
Since I couldn't find one, I decided to try and make something yummy from that box of honey buns. The result was a egg custard pecan pie. It is YUM! The only thing is I made it in a 10" spring form pan and it should have been in a smaller pan for the amount of ingredients in the recipe. That said, Here you go...
