Apple Cider Spiced Pecans

I love fall!  And while it is still hot as blazes here, I can dream of cooler weather with the help of fresh pecans and apple cider.  These Apple Cider Spiced Pecans are perfect in every way.  Besides the amazing taste and crunch and goodness overall, my non-pecan eating son (I know, who would have thought?!) will now eat pecans!  Yes!

Cranberry Apple Waffle Dumplings

My boys love to eat waffles!  When I don’t have time to make homemade, I pop Eggo Waffles in the toaster for their breakfast.   And Hey, did you know...Eggo Waffles also make great desserts, like these Cranberry Apple Waffle Dumplings!  A tiny bit of tartness, here and there, from the cranberries and apples that are mingled with spice infused sugary, syrupy, sticky greatness!  YES!  Oh, did I mention I entered this delicious recipe in The Great Eggo Waffle Off?  Here is the link to my Cranberry Apple Waffle Dumplings

Apple Cider Bubble Bread

I love using frozen bread dough to make appetizers, snacks, desserts and even meals!  Rhodes Brown-N-Serve White Dinner Rolls is the only one I use.  Don't you just love using them?  So convenient to use, the aroma and taste!  LOVE!   I wanted to make something for my boys and put half a bag of rolls. in a pan, in the refrigerator to thaw while I went shopping.  I returned home with a new apple cider caramel drink mix, by Alpine.  Have you tried this?  It is so good!  My thoughts then turned to the dough in the fridge.  I knew what I would make...Apple Cider Bubble Bread!
(This is not a sponsored post..I just love this drink mix and rolls!)

Caramel Apple Bran Muffins

Aw, Fall.  I love the crisp air.  Freshly picked apples and pumpkins, gathered nuts for cooking and snacking on.  Love it!  I find myself baking a lot more than usual.  Can you imagine that?  I couldn't possible bake more than last month but yeah, I have!  I love it!

My boys have eaten more muffins in the last 3 weeks than they have ever eaten before!   The Pumpkin Muffins are being made at least twice a week at our house.  I think we are getting a little burnt out on them.  There are just so many days/weeks I can eat Pumpkin Muffins.  ~smile~  I decided to make a new muffin recipe and this one is a hit!  Please note, my muffins rose in the oven then went down again.  I don't know if this is because I let them sit too long or if bran muffins don't rise well.  If you know, please leave me a comment. Let me know how yours turn out.   Heck, I'd love for you to leave me a comment anyway.  ~smile~  Now...what shall I make next?

Cast Iron Skillet Bottomless Apple Pie

My hubby has been after me to make a dessert that isn't hand held and doesn't contain chocolate.  I got up this morning and decided it was time to make one just for him.

I saw a recipe for an apple pie that Sandra Lee made and I adapted mine from hers.  Well, Honey, Here is your dessert!  You see that slice missing (much more gone now) ...You know who ate it, don't you?  Yep.....<3 and hUgs!
